Professional Bio
Tim Stricker joined NAGMA in June 2026 to help build
relationships with contractors across the country. No
stranger to the organization, Tim was instrumental in
creating NAGMA with IUPAT leadership. His entire career
has been spent in the glazing industry, and he’s excited by
the opportunity to expose more companies and individuals
to the important work NAGMA has undertaken.

and contractors across the country, so our

Career History
Tim began his career with the IUPAT as a glazier apprentice
with District Council 21 and Local Union 252 in Philadelphia,
Pa., in 1980. In 1996, he was appointed organizer for Local
Union 252 and assistant political director of District Council
21. In 2006, he was appointed executive assistant to the
general president at IUPAT headquarters. From 2007 through
2009, he also served as director of the IUPAT Government
Affairs Department. In 2013, he became an LMCI Industry
Liaison, tasked with spearheading the IUPAT Glazing
Industry Initiative, a program designed to expand IUPAT
glazing market share and workforce. In 2021, he was named
Director of LMCI. He retired in June 2025 but remained
engaged with key industry leaders. Former NAGMA
Executive Director Deborah Wyandt and Tim had frequent
conversations about how his network and experience could
benefit the organization. After a few months of retirement,
Tim was lured back to active involvement.
