NAGMA Value Proposition

NAGMA strengthens union architectural glass and metal contractors by giving them a collective voice, practical industry support, and a stronger position in the marketplace.

We advocate for contractors with the IUPAT and other industry stakeholders, promote qualifications and standards—including NACC recognition in building codes and specifications—and provide education that helps members understand and respond to issues affecting their businesses.

NAGMA also supports strong labor-management relationships by providing practical guidance on labor, employment, and benefits matters, while helping contractors organize locally through the development and support of regional chapters.

Together, we help create a stronger industry—one where qualified contractors are recognized, represented, and positioned to compete successfully.

About Us

Founded in June 2020,

the National Architectural Glass and Metal Association (NAGMA) began with one goal in mind: to further the industry as a whole by promoting jobsite safety and quality workmanship. Today, NAGMA carries out that mission by working with industry stakeholders, local associations and signatory union members in an effort to ensure that safe, quality work is the outcome for every project. By doing so, market share preservation and growth can occur.
